Step 1 Valuation and choosing an agent

Our fully qualified valuers carry out hundreds of valuations every month, giving us an excellent knowledge of property values in the Wrexham and Chester area. This is how we consistently get the asking price for all of our clients' properties.

Tip: Don’t be duped by enthusistic valuations, these are rarly acheivable


Step 2  Marketing & Viewings

Just because we do all the marketing work doesn’t mean you can sit back and relax! In fact your job has only just began. In order to reach the maximum value we rely on you to get your house ready for a viewing.

Tip: Simply de-cluttering your rooms can add up to 5% to the value of your home.


Step 3 Receiving an offer

We can recieve offers in a variety of ways but we will always call you and put them in writing as well.

Note: There are no legal obligations on either side until contracts are signed.


Step 4 Legal Work

When you agree an offer, your solicitor will send out a draft contract and the Home Information Pack (HIP) for your property to the buyers solicitor who in turn carries out all the necessary searches and enquiries.

Tip: Save time by instructing your solicitor at the same time as choosing your agent.


Step 5 Exchange & complete contracts and drop off your keys

When contracts are signed and the monies are sent to your account you will have officially sold your home. You will then need to drop off the keys with us so that we can pass them on to your properties new owners.

Tip: Friday completions are popular as the weekend gives you time to move out.
